Wedding Planner in the UAE — Bespoke Full-Service Planning

L'Agence OUI plans full-service weddings for international couples who want a bespoke wedding in the UAE: towers above the bay in Dubai, the golden domes of Abu Dhabi's palaces, islands with white sand and dunes stretching to the horizon. Drawing on your story and the place, we create a personal world for your wedding — signature design and an atmosphere that you and your guests will remember.

Wedding Planner in the UAE — Bespoke Full-Service Planning

We create your wedding and your OUI moment in the emirates as a signature journey with a curated approach: we choose the venue for the ceremony, work out where your guests will gather for dinner, and devise the concept and storyline of several days — from a meeting at sunset by the water to an evening among the dunes. We don't just plan a wedding — we produce it. We shoot a wedding film worthy of the big screen and preserve it as your timeless legacy.

A Wedding in the UAE: Palaces, Beaches, Desert and Skyscrapers

The UAE is one of the most popular wedding destinations in the world. Weddings here take place in a wide range of impressive settings: from luxurious palaces and beach resorts to desert oases and ultramodern skyscrapers. We'll help you plan an intimate ceremony for two or a celebration for hundreds of guests — you choose the character of the wedding, and we find the emirate and the specific venue to match. Spectacular venues: beaches, skyscrapers, the desert, private islands. A high standard of service and infrastructure. A multicultural atmosphere — it is comfortable to hold European, Russian and mixed weddings here alike.

What Kind of Wedding to Have in the UAE

Weddings in the UAE for foreigners are one of the most convenient and popular options in the world. You can register the marriage officially or hold a symbolic ceremony only.

In the UAE you can hold a traditional Arab wedding as well as a European, Indian or mixed one. Many hotels offer ready-made wedding packages, while we build the wedding around your story, not around a template.

Dubai suits you if you want scale and the city's recognisable skyline in the frame; Abu Dhabi — if palatial grandeur and the stillness of white stone matter to you; the other emirates — if you want seclusion and a distinctive route.

Season and Guest Logistics

Most couples choose the period from October to April: the weather allows ceremonies outdoors, by the water and among the dunes. For a wedding in the UAE, it's worth planning your guests' route in advance: the emirates lie close together, but the beach, the islands and the desert resorts are in different places, and flight schedules depend on the departure city. We plan the route, the transfers and your guests' accommodation, and one curator handles the approvals with hotels and vendors.

How Much Does a Wedding in the UAE Cost?

We don't publish an exact figure on the site: the budget depends on the emirate, the venue, the format, the number of guests and the season. We discuss an approximate figure at the first consultation. Payment can be made from any country — we arrange a convenient method for clients from the UAE, Europe and other regions.

Legal or Symbolic Ceremony

In the UAE it is possible to register a marriage officially, even for tourists. Many couples hold a symbolic ceremony abroad and arrange the official registration separately — at home, or whenever suits them. Which option is right for you depends on the couple's citizenship and religion and on your status in the UAE.

You arrange the documents yourselves; we'll orient you on timing, point you to the right authorities and build the day around either format.

Our Weddings in the UAE

One L'Agence OUI curator runs your wedding in the UAE from the first conversation to the film archive. All the wedding specialists — designers, decorators, florists, photographers, videographers — work under unified direction, as one team from day one.

You don't have to negotiate with the hotel, align vendor schedules or welcome guests yourselves — we take that on. We are based in France and work across Europe, in the UAE, in Tunisia and around the world: the principle stays the same wherever your wedding takes place.

For your format and venue, we assemble a team of lighting artists, florists and production partners from scratch, and we don't work from a single template. We take cultural and religious wishes into account — from the ceremony format to the guest list and seating — and help find venues with restricted access, so the day stays private.

More Than a Wedding — the Moment of “Yes” in the UAE

People come to the UAE for more than a big celebration. It is a place for an intimate ceremony, for a marriage proposal at sunset by the water or among the dunes, for a romantic escape for two over a weekend, for a vow renewal years later — or for a Private Premiere, an intimate screening of your wedding film for loved ones who couldn't fly in for the ceremony itself.

A Wedding for Two in the UAE

If you choose the UAE not for a big celebration but for a symbolic or official ceremony for two — sometimes with a couple of close witnesses — it is not a “scaled-down” version of a wedding. An intimate format keeps what matters most: the sea, white sand or dunes at sunset, the quiet far from the city and the feeling that the place belongs only to you, without a guest list and its logistics.

We bring together the same team as for a large celebration: venue, photographer and videographer, décor and, if desired, a symbolic ceremony and a dinner for two. If you are making the marriage official, we'll advise on how to build the day around the registration — your wedding gets as much attention as a celebration with a full guest list would.

For your wedding in the UAE this means one simple thing: the concept, the planning and the filming are held by a team that sees the whole story.

About Our Partners

Over the years we have selected a small circle of people we genuinely want to work with again: lighting artists who know how light behaves over sand, water and white stone; florists who can build a composition in a hot climate; cinematographers who can see in advance how a venue will sit in the frame of your particular story. We don't swap this team out in search of a cheaper option — consistency delivers a result you can see in every detail.

We had guests from five countries and three religious traditions in a single day — Indian, Lebanese and European parts of the ceremony. I had prepared myself to choose what to cut. Instead, every part of the day got its own time and its own space, and our guests told us afterwards that they hadn't noticed a single “seam” between the traditions.

Bride, wedding in Dubai

  • It depends on the character of the wedding. Dubai means scale: skyscrapers, the sea and the desert next to the city. Abu Dhabi means palatial grandeur and calm island resorts. The other emirates mean seclusion: Ras Al Khaimah's beaches and desert resorts. Tell us how you imagine your wedding, and we'll suggest an emirate and a venue.

  • Yes. The emirates lie close to one another, so the ceremony and the dinner can take place in different locations: for example, a day by the water in one emirate and an evening among the dunes in another. We build the drive and the sunset light into one script, so guests aren't tired by the transfer.

  • Yes, as a separate scenario: we move most of the programme to indoor ballrooms and evening hours, and the ceremony to after sunset. We make every decision together with the hotel, based on the number of guests and the format of the day.

  • Consultations and most approvals take place by video call, at a time that suits you; one curator handles the negotiations with the hotel and vendors. You come in person only for the venue visit and the wedding; we plan the visit in advance.

  • Yes: often a welcome dinner for close family the evening before, the ceremony and a farewell brunch the next morning. We write it as a single story and leave guests time to rest between events.

  • Dubai and Abu Dhabi receive international flights from many cities, so for most guests the route is simple. For the northern emirates and desert resorts, plan the journey early. We put together the route, transfers and accommodation along with your guests' flight schedules; the concierge service handles this.

  • Yes, the country offers both formats: from a ceremony for two on the beach or among the dunes to a celebration in a palace hotel. What you choose depends on the number of guests, the season and the mood of the day; we always confirm each venue's capacity with the hotel.

  • We don't handle paperwork, marriage registration or visas: you arrange those yourselves. Requirements depend on each partner's citizenship, religion and status, so we don't have a single list. We'll advise on timing so that the formalities don't push back the wedding date, and point you to the right authorities.

Formalities and Documents

Requirements for an official marriage in the UAE depend on the couple's citizenship and religion and on your status in the country, so we don't have a single list. We don't handle documents or visas: you arrange them yourselves. But we'll help you get your bearings on timing — what needs to be filed and when, so that it doesn't push back the wedding date — and point you to the right authorities, so that you can settle everything without delays.

The same goes for guests: if anyone needs a visa, it's best to arrange it in advance — we'll remind you of the deadlines and where to apply.

Your OUI. Your fantasy. Curated.
