Developing the wedding design concept

Destination Wedding Planner — Full-Service Wedding Planning in Europe and Beyond

Concept-led wedding planning. Your whole wedding, under control.

A wedding anywhere in the world, designed as a single work of art. At L'Agence OUI, we plan weddings abroad with artistic vision, operational discipline and deep respect for your culture and traditions. Based in France, we plan weddings across Europe and around the world — from the vineyards of Tuscany to the Greek islands and the destinations of your dreams.

We protect your vision, your budget and your peace of mind — with complete transparency, multilingual support and a thoughtful guest experience, wherever in the world you celebrate.

What Changes When One Team Plans Your Whole Wedding

One contact instead of ten

You discuss the details with your planner instead of juggling emails with the venue, florist, caterer and transport company. The decisions stay yours — we negotiate and filter out unreliable options.

Plan B and Plan C

At every key stage you have not one back-up plan but two — the L'Agence OUI signature approach. If something in the original plan doesn’t work, the solution is already in place.

Planning continues while you’re offline

Time zones and suppliers’ working hours never become your problem — we keep the coordination going.

International standards

Our team brings 20 years of global experience with venues, decorators and suppliers abroad — your wedding can take place anywhere in the world.

We know every venue restriction, technical requirement and potential extra cost in advance — and take the risk of surprise payments off the table. You save time, money and, above all, stress — wherever you decide to say “I do”.

“A typical planner shows you venues and sends a quote. We first find the risks that quote doesn’t show — and only then give you a number.”

Where We Plan Weddings Abroad

France (Paris, Provence, the French Riviera, Normandy), Monaco, Italy (Lake Como, Tuscany, the Amalfi Coast), Spain (Mallorca, Ibiza), Portugal, Greece, Tunisia and the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi) — and other destinations worldwide, from the best-known locations to rare hidden gems with exclusive access.

What’s Included in Full-Service Wedding Planning

A wedding abroad isn’t one supplier — it’s many: venue, florist, caterer, decorator, transport, each in their own time zone and language. L'Agence OUI takes on the architecture of the whole process under one contract, whatever the country. First we create the concept, visual identity and direction of your event together — and only then choose the venue and suppliers to match the script.

150–300 hours — the time it takes to negotiate with a venue and ten suppliers and manage guest logistics. Hand it to one wedding planner and that time is yours again.

  1. Guest experience and concierge.

A thoughtful guest journey from arrival to departure: guest list and RSVPs; accommodation and transfers; welcome dinners, after-parties and farewell brunch; support for international guests; care for both families’ traditions; welcome bags and gifts.

  2. Wedding-day coordination.

Seamless management of every process and real-time problem-solving: the full team on site, timings, supplier coordination, support for the couple and families — so you can simply live the moment.

  3. Cinematic production.

Directing the day as a film, coordinating the film crew, working with light, staging and rhythm — a wedding film you’ll want to rewatch for years.

  4. Digital Atelier — one QR code for your guests’ digital experience.

A custom-designed wedding website; interactive invitations and online RSVP; digital entertainment for guests on the day; a private archive of photos, film and documents with lifetime access just for you.

  1. Concept and art direction.

A unique narrative and mood board; wedding design and visual language (palette, materials, light, rhythm); stationery — invitations, menus, place cards; full creative control of the space, atmosphere and film crew; coordination of decor, florals and styling. → Wedding Design & Art Direction

  2. Planning and production.

End-to-end project management; selection and curation of every supplier around one concept; complex logistics and cross-cultural coordination; fully transparent budget management.

  3. Budget and finance.

Building and tracking the budget; negotiating with suppliers; tracking payments and invoices; clear financial reporting.

  4. Venue and logistics.

Finding and booking the venue (villa, château, vineyard, coastline and more); checking every technical and legal condition; transfers for guests, the couple and suppliers; wedding-day logistics — timings, set-up and technical details.

  5. Supplier management.

Finding, selecting and coordinating every supplier: florist, photographer and videographer, caterer and chef, musicians, DJ and host, technical crew (lighting, sound), cake and dessert table, hair and make-up. Contracts, creative guides and creative oversight.

Wedding cake and table details

Not usually included in full-service planning (paid separately):

  • Venue hire (we help you find it and get the contract right)
  • Guest accommodation
  • Guest transfers (sometimes included)
  • Wedding dress, suit and rings
  • Hair and make-up (we help you find the right team)
  • Hen and stag parties

“We keep your budget, the venue’s sound limits and your visa dates in mind at the same time — so you never have to think about them.”

No Language Barriers — for International and Mixed-Heritage Couples

Discuss the most important details of your wedding in your own language — with nothing lost in translation. Our team includes specialists fluent in English, French and Arabic.

Ideal for mixed-heritage couples. If your families speak different languages, we become the bridge between them, making sure every guest feels comfortable and understood.

Respect for tradition. We plan around cultural and religious customs — from the wedding menu to the ceremony itself, whether it’s a classic, French or Arabic wedding.

How We Plan Your Wedding Abroad

StageProcess

01. Budget and process architecture.

6–18 months before the wedding, we fix the overall budget in the contract, split it by category and set aside a contingency — before the venue is even chosen. Once the venue, guest count and level of detail are set, we prepare a detailed, transparent estimate covering every part of the project: venue hire, design, production, decor, artists, technical support, logistics, team, taxes and mandatory fees. We never increase the budget without your prior approval.

02. Destination, venue inspection and logistics.

A virtual 3D tour first, then an in-person visit by your planner. Booking sought-after wedding venues around the world and finding rare gems with exclusive access to suit your style. Accommodation logistics for you and your guests.

03. The legal side.

Documents for the official ceremony in France and Monaco, apostilles and translations, plus reminders about visa timelines — handled alongside the rest of the planning from the first months.

04. Suppliers and contracts.

Building the team, technical riders, negotiations and payment schedules — with no gap between the visual concept and its delivery. Every styling element is overseen by your planner against the design guide created by the L'Agence OUI concept studio.

05. Final accounts and handover.

Closing every supplier invoice and the full documentation of the day. Printed photos, wedding albums and all photo and video files delivered to your private digital archive. On request, we organise a premiere screening of your wedding film.

Tell us where and when you picture your wedding — we’ll work out what it will take and show you the risks you haven’t thought of yet.

Anna Konrat — co-founder of L'Agence OUI

Who Curates Your Wedding

Full-service planning at L'Agence OUI brings together the work of the agency’s two founders.

Anna Konrat — Co-founder & Art Director. For more than twenty years, Anna created international exhibition projects for luxury brands as founder of the exhibition events company Maverick in Germany and France. She leads the visual concept, narrative and creative oversight of every event.

Ahmed Guesmi — Co-founder, documentary filmmaker and visual artist. He leads Cinematic Production: directing the day as a film and coordinating the film crew.

Meet the team

We only ever saw the final decisions — already worked out and agreed — never a hundred scattered emails from vendors. By the wedding day, we didn’t feel worn down by the planning — only excited for the celebration itself. I think that’s the real difference between ‘they helped us plan’ and ‘they planned it for us, completely.’

Olivier, groom, wedding in Tuscany

  • Ideally 12–18 months before the date. That leaves time to create an original concept and wedding design, inspect the venue properly, book suppliers and artists, produce complex installations and prepare every document without rushing. If you have less time, we adapt the process — but the earlier you start, the more decisions you can make without pressure.

  • We have a protocol for exactly this and back-up partners in every region — our own team and trusted contacts we work with regularly. We tell you about the situation and the options as soon as it arises.

  • In France and Monaco, yes: we take the legal side on fully, from document legalisation and translations to liaising with the town hall and the official civil ceremony. In other countries the rules differ, so you arrange the documents yourselves, and we help with the timing and point you to the right authorities.

  • We start by setting a realistic budget range, then prepare a detailed, transparent estimate once the venue, guest count and level of detail are confirmed. We check every venue’s technical restrictions and include the costs often missing from initial quotes: service charges, cleaning, set-up and take-down, filming permits, extra venue hours and local taxes such as TVA in France or IVA in Italy. You know about every possible extra from the start, and we agree a contingency percentage with you. If the guest count, concept, decor, menu or technical brief changes, we show you the cost impact first and only make changes once you approve.

  • Yes — it’s one of the main reasons couples come to us. Most of our couples plan from outside France: from the UK, the UAE, the US and elsewhere. We inspect the venue in person, including details you won’t see in photos, and share every stage in a format you can review remotely — from 3D tours to video calls from the venue. We work across time zones and languages, with full digital transparency.

  • You do. Your planner negotiates, checks contracts and filters out unreliable options, but the final decision on every supplier is yours. We recommend and explain our choices, and never sign contracts on your behalf without your approval.

  • The budget depends on three things: the scale of the wedding (number of guests and days), the scope of what we handle — from venue inspection to archive handover — and the destination. Scale matters most: a wedding for 40 guests and one for 150 are very different projects. We don’t publish prices, but we share the budget structure and a guide figure in our first conversation, before you sign anything.

  • Yes. In Italy we bring together a local network of suppliers — Lake Como, Tuscany, the Amalfi Coast — with the same rigour we apply in France: venue due diligence, negotiations in Italian and clear answers to every question.
