A wedding on the French Riviera for a family from two countries
Two countries, two families, one love story — and a wedding on the French Riviera that the couple wanted to live through without stress or organisational fuss. The personal support of their curator Anna and the team’s impeccable coordination allowed the couple to put their full trust in the process and enjoy the preparation.
Our family comes from two different countries. We decided to celebrate on the French Riviera, and organising the wedding looked like quite a challenging task to us. I was especially worried about how everything would go from a distance, taking into account the particularities of both families. Our wedding planner was very, very good.
My curator was Anna. I want to say right away: the whole team worked at the highest level. All questions were resolved quickly, without fuss or stress.
It was especially pleasing that my family was treated impeccably — with attention and warmth. The wedding did not become a problem for us. Everything went exactly as we wanted.
I recommend the wedding agency L'Agence OUI to everyone planning a wedding abroad, especially if you are from different countries or want to calmly delegate the organisation to professionals.

From hundreds of references to their own story
The couple came to L'Agence OUI with hundreds of saved ideas but without a clear sense of how to bring them together into a single concept. Instead of offering a ready-made solution, the team began with questions: why do these particular images resonate with them? That is how a concept that reflected their own story was born out of many sources of inspiration.
From the very start we knew one thing: we didn’t want a wedding ‘like everyone else’s’. For several months we gathered references ourselves — we went through, it seems, every wedding on The Wed and Vogue Weddings, and saved hundreds of ideas, each of which we liked on its own. The problem began when we tried to assemble them into one story: one idea contradicted another, the budget didn’t add up, and the picture in our heads fell apart. At some point we realised we were stuck — and the more inspiration we found, the less we understood what we actually wanted.
Friends recommended a curator from L'Agence OUI — and the first thing that surprised us: we weren’t offered a ready-made moodboard “on trend this season.” We were asked why we liked exactly what we had saved — and out of those answers a concept was built that was ours, not assembled from other people’s weddings. It turned out that “distinctiveness” is not a number of beautiful pictures, but one person holding the whole story in their head while you yourself are lost in it.
