Concept & Styling Guide
We develop the narrative, the visual concept, the palette and a creative guide for your suppliers. You or your planner then bring the concept to life, working from our approved design document.

Your wedding’s visual language begins at the L'Agence OUI concept studio
We don’t start planning your wedding with a venue and a checklist. We start with a story no one has told before — yours.
L'Agence OUI designs destination weddings as story-led journeys in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, the UAE and beyond. We translate your story into a visual language — from the narrative to a complete transformation of the space. Not a collection of pretty wedding decor, but a whole world that belongs to the two of you alone.
Are you a planner, venue or supplier?
How to add this service to your project →Different scopes call for different levels of involvement. These are the three formats we work in:
We develop the narrative, the visual concept, the palette and a creative guide for your suppliers. You or your planner then bring the concept to life, working from our approved design document.
Best for couples and planners who need a strong creative foundation to build on.
Full support from narrative to final frame: mood boards, 3D visualisation, curation of every supplier and on-site oversight on the day.
Best for couples and teams who want one creative lead for the whole project.
Final set-up and oversight of a concept that’s already approved — for couples whose design is ready (by a local stylist, for example) and who need an art director on site to make sure it’s carried out exactly as intended.
Best for couples, planners and venues who already have a concept and a delivery team.
The right format is chosen at your first consultation, based on where you are in the process and what has already been agreed.
A visual language with the feel of a magazine shoot — typography, the mood of every frame, real emotion.
You see and approve every colour and texture in advance, not once it has already been delivered.
Palette, materials, florals, textiles, tableware and art installations work as one composition — not three separate orders from three people with three different tastes.
We oversee every supplier on site, so every idea you approved is carried out without compromise.
We work across Europe, the Mediterranean and the Middle East. Every destination gets a concept built around the character of that particular place — never one visual template carried from location to location.
Also: Paris, Provence and Normandy, the Amalfi Coast, Spain (Mallorca and Ibiza), Portugal, Greece, Tunisia and the UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi) — and other destinations on request.

Vision & Art Direction is the first act of your wedding. Everything else — design development, planning, production and what your guests feel in the very first second — is built on this foundation. Your design is shaped around who you are: first the metaphor, then the venue and a wedding style in which every element reflects a single idea.

Stationery, monograms, a couple crest, your wedding website and cake design — and your wedding looks as part of the overall composition.
Complex elements are shown in advance, so you approve the result before anything goes into production.
A detailed brief for florists, decorators, photographers and videographers — so no one’s work “argues” with the overall visual script.
Oversight on the wedding day and a direct link with Cinematic Production — so the camera captures exactly the world you imagined.
A metaphor that belongs to you alone: the storyline, the atmosphere that feels true to you as a couple, and the script of the journey and celebration — entertainment included.
Colour, texture and textiles united by one idea. You’ll know why this shade was chosen over the next one — and why linen, not silk.
Detailed layout, furniture, ceremony spaces designed as art installations, and lighting that brings out the architecture and lifts the quality of your photos and film.
Florals, textiles, tableware, decor and art pieces brought together into one composition.

The weddings we design often bring together a couple’s different cultural roots — European, Middle Eastern, Indian, Latin American — in a single visual script. We don’t smooth these differences into a neutral “universal style”. We work with symbolism, colour, florals and ritual as part of the story itself: motifs from family heritage can become part of a contemporary graphic composition, rather than a separate “ethnic corner” of the wedding.

01. Getting to know you as a couple
A conversation, not a brief. We ask not what is on your Pinterest board, but what you want to remain in the images and in your memory forever. We talk about you as a couple, your love story, each family’s cultural traditions and the people you want beside you — this is how the narrative of your journey begins.
02. Developing the wedding concept and narrative journey
The concept and story of your journey can come from anything: your interests, a funny moment on your first date, or the meeting of family traditions from different cultures and contemporary ideas.
03. Design and visualisation
We bring every idea together in mood boards and presentations. We visualise complex elements in 3D and with AI. Each key element comes with a detailed description and technical cost estimate, so you can clearly picture how it will look and how everything will be organised.
04. Curating the space and creating the design guide
Flowers, textiles, table settings, decor and art installations come together in one composition under our direction. We create a design guide so that every supplier works within the same visual narrative.
05. Handover to production
The concept you approve is handed over to the venue team and suppliers, including Cinematic Production, so that the camera captures exactly the world you imagined.
Add wedding design and art direction to your projects as extra expertise — under your brand, as a co-branded service or as a separate L'Agence OUI service.
Give your couple more than decor — a complete, original concept they can see, discuss and approve in advance.
We agree roles and communication up front and work as part of your team. The client stays yours.
We take on creative direction, visualisations, the creative guide and on-site oversight, so your team can focus on its own area.
white label · co-branding · art direction for an existing project · concept & styling guide for your team · day-of styling execution · preferred supplier
Yes. We can work as a creative studio, an art director or a day-of styling team — without replacing the planner.
Yes. White label, co-branding or L'Agence OUI as a separate service — depending on the project.
That’s agreed before the project starts: through you, directly, or jointly.
Responsibilities are set out in the brief and the proposal before work begins. Terms depend on the partnership format and your role, and are agreed individually.
Commercial terms, roles and client communication are agreed individually before the project begins.
The brief: the couple wanted to bring their family history together with a contemporary graphic aesthetic.
Our solution: we created the motif of an arch — a symbol of two worlds meeting and a passage into a new chapter — and carried that single visual script through the lighting, florals, graphics and film.
The result: the ceremony space became part of one continuous visual script rather than a stand-alone decoration — the physical threshold between two halves of the story.
For the project team, this means one creative direction: every supplier understands their task, and the final result stays true to the original idea.

Two worlds meet. A new one begins.

For more than twenty years, Anna created flawless international exhibition projects for companies and luxury brands — as founder of the exhibition events company Maverick in Germany and France. The same discipline behind large-scale exhibition concepts for global brands now shapes every L'Agence OUI wedding: a narrative journey and a single architecture of meaning.
Anna has a rare gift for weaving hundreds of separate details into one seamless impression — so that you and your guests are fully immersed in the atmosphere and can truly live in the moment.
Meet the teamThe villa we chose in Mallorca belongs to private owners with very strict rules — what can be installed, where, until what hour. I was afraid it would greatly limit the design. It turned out that the team took on all the approvals, and we simply saw the finished result — a garden arranged exactly as we wanted, within all the villa’s rules.
Bride, wedding in Mallorca
A decorator or florist styles the space to a brief. A wedding designer creates the brief itself: the story, the concept, the palette and the rules every supplier works to — and then makes sure everything is delivered on the day exactly as intended.
We set out the narrative and the full visual concept — palette, materials, key spatial decisions — in a presentation. Where it helps, we create 3D visualisations and approve colours and samples with you before production begins.
We create a creative guide covering palette, materials, lighting, composition and detailing. Every supplier works from it, and on the day we check on site that the concept has been delivered without compromise.
No. You approve every key decision: we show you the palette, materials, samples and visualisations before production, and nothing appears at the venue without your agreement.
Concept & Styling Guide — a concept and creative guide that you or your planner bring to life. Full Art Direction — full support from narrative to on-site oversight. Day-of Styling Execution — oversight of an already finished design on the wedding day.
Yes. We can come in at different stages — from developing the concept to overseeing an approved design on the day.
Yes. We bring your team into the design process, hand them the creative guide and can take on coordination and creative oversight.
Yes. If a venue is protected — a historic château, a villa on the water, a clifftop setting — we design the transformation of the space to meet heritage requirements while still creating a space that feels like your own private film set, not a rented banquet hall.
Yes. This matters most for couples of mixed heritage, where one wedding brings together the symbolism, colours and expectations of several cultures. Our job is to make them read as one statement, not compete with each other.
France (Paris, Provence, the French Riviera, Normandy), Monaco, Italy (Lake Como, Tuscany, the Amalfi Coast), Spain (Mallorca, Ibiza), Portugal, Greece, Tunisia and the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi). Other destinations on request.
It depends on the format, the destination, the scale of the project and the team involved. After a consultation we recommend the right format and prepare a proposal.

We take on a limited number of weddings each year, so every concept has the time it needs for research, development and precise execution. If you want your wedding to feel like a visual world written about you — start with a private consultation. We reply within 48 hours.
