We create your wedding and your OUI moment as a signature journey with a curated approach: we choose between an island party and a quiet villa in a garden, work out where your guests will gather for dinner, and devise the concept and storyline of several days.

Wedding Venues in Spain: Ibiza and Mallorca

Which venue suits you — a hotel, an estate or a villa — depends on the format, the number of guests and the season: we take care of the selection and the approvals.

Ibiza

An island where a classic ceremony by day and a party until morning come together in a single script: the sunset sky, rocky coves and an evening that gathers pace gradually. You choose Ibiza when you want to carry the celebration on after the ceremony together with your guests.

Among the venues: Six Senses Ibiza, Hacienda Na Xamena, 7 Pines, Atzaro, Fincadelica Xarraca, Pure House Ibiza.

Mallorca

The largest of the Balearic Islands: private villas, gardens, a hotel in a castle and one in a former fortress, the sea and mountains on the horizon. Intimate celebrations over several days are most common here. The villas' rules (what can be installed, where and until what hour) are set by the owners, so we take care of the approvals. You choose Mallorca when you want the stillness of a garden and a villa that, for these days, belongs only to you.

Among the venues: Cap Rocat, Castell Son Claret, La Residencia, Jumeirah Mallorca, Son Marroig, Ca's Xorc.

We wanted a classic ceremony by day and a real party until morning — and we were afraid they would be two separate events, one simply following the other. The team built it as a single script: the same visual theme ran through the day and the night, only at a different tempo. Guests said they hadn't noticed the moment the “wedding” turned into a “party” — the evening simply gathered pace.

When to Hold a Wedding in Spain

The ideal months are May–June and September–October: warm, but without the heat of high summer. In the high summer season the good villas are booked up in advance. We choose the date together with you: we take into account the weather, how busy the islands are and the number of guests.

Guest Logistics and Approvals

Ibiza and Mallorca are islands, so the guests' route is worth planning in advance: flights, the transfer from the airport to the venue, accommodation close to the venue and the delivery of décor and equipment, some of which is ordered weeks, not days, ahead. We put together the route and the guests' accommodation together with their flight schedules, and the approvals with villa owners and vendors are handled by one curator. Transfers and accommodation are handled by our concierge service.

An Official or a Symbolic Ceremony

Many couples hold a symbolic ceremony abroad and make the marriage official separately — at home or at a time that suits them. Which option suits you depends on the couple's citizenship, place of residence and the rules of the country.

You arrange the documents yourselves; we'll advise on timing, point you to the right authorities and build the day around either format.

Our Weddings in Spain

From the first conversation to the film archive, one L'Agence OUI coordinator runs your wedding in Spain. All the wedding specialists — designers, decorators, florists, photographers, videographers — work under unified direction as one team from day one.

You don't have to negotiate with villa owners, align vendor schedules or welcome guests yourselves — we take that on, not only in Spain. We are based in France and work across Europe, in the UAE, in Tunisia and around the world: the principle stays the same wherever your wedding takes place.

For your format and venue we assemble a new team of lighting artists, florists and production partners, and we don't work from a single template. For every wedding or love story, we create an individual visual language that reflects your style, your traditions and the light of the place — from the golden light of an Ibiza sunset to a quiet garden at a private villa.

Our Weddings in Spain

The villa we chose in Mallorca belongs to private owners with very strict rules — what can be installed, where, until what hour. I was afraid it would seriously limit the design. It turned out the team took care of all the approvals, and we simply saw the finished result — a garden designed exactly the way we wanted, within all the villa's rules.

A Wedding for Two in Spain

If you choose Spain not for a big celebration but for a symbolic or official ceremony for two — sometimes with a couple of close witnesses — it is not a “scaled-down” version of a wedding. The intimate format keeps what matters: a sunset over the sea or the stillness of a private garden, and the feeling that the place belongs only to you, with no guest list and its logistics.

We bring together the same team as for a large celebration: venue, photographer and videographer, décor and, if desired, a symbolic ceremony and a dinner for two. If you are making the marriage official, we'll advise on how to build the day around the registration — your wedding gets as much attention as a celebration with a full guest list would.

About Our Partners

Over our years of working, we have selected a small circle of people we genuinely want to work with again: lighting artists who know how a sunset over the sea and an evening garden behave on camera; florists who can build a composition on an island, where some of the materials have to be ordered in advance; cinematographers who see in advance how a villa, a garden or a coastline will sit in the frame of your particular story. We don't swap this team out in search of a cheaper option — consistency delivers a result you can see in every detail.

  • We don't publish an exact figure on the site: the budget depends on the island, the format of the celebration, the number of guests and whether you choose a villa or a hotel. We discuss an approximate figure at the first consultation. Payment can be made from any country — we arrange a convenient method for clients from the UAE, Europe and other regions.

  • Most couples choose May–June and September–October: warm, but without the heat of high summer. We choose the date together with you: we take into account the weather, how busy the islands are, the number of guests and the kind of evening you imagine — a long, energetic one or a calmer one.

  • It's a question of tone, not a ranking. Ibiza is about the sunset sky, the sea and an evening that gathers pace; Mallorca is about private villas, gardens and intimate celebrations over several days. Tell us which story you picture, and we'll suggest the island and a specific venue.

  • Yes. We build such a day as a single script, not as two separate events: one visual theme runs through the day and the night, and only the tempo changes.

  • We plan the route in advance: flights, the transfer from the airport to the venue, accommodation for guests close to the venue. Transfers and accommodation are handled by our concierge service.

  • Yes. An intimate ceremony for two, or with a couple of witnesses, is a format in its own right, not a “scaled-down” version of a big celebration. We plan this kind of day just as thoroughly: venue, photo and film, décor and a dinner for two.

  • Yes. We agree the concept, vendors, contracts and other details online, and on site your curator and the team hold everything together. You don't need to travel to the island in advance to make sure everything is in order.

  • No, you arrange the marriage registration, documents and visas yourselves. What exactly is required depends on the couple's citizenship, place of residence and status. We'll remind you of the deadlines so that formalities don't push back the date, and point you to the right authorities.

  • We take on a limited number of projects a year. It's ideal to get in touch 12–18 months before high season: that leaves enough time for both preparation and island logistics.

  • Yes, our team speaks several languages and has experience bringing different traditions together within a single ceremony — even in an intimate format. The day can be divided into parts with a shared visual theme, so that each tradition gets its own time and its own space.

Formalities and Documents

The requirements for an official marriage registration in Spain depend on the couple's citizenship, place of residence and the rules of the country, so we don't have a single list. We don't handle documents or visas: you arrange them yourselves. But we'll help you get your bearings on timing — what needs to be filed and when, so that it doesn't push back the wedding date — and point you to the right authorities, so that you can settle everything without delays.

The same goes for guests: if any of them needs a visa to travel, it's advisable to arrange it in advance — we'll remind you of the deadlines and tell you where to apply.

We respond within 48 hours.
