Many couples from Dubai see a villa or château for the first time on a video consultation rather than in person: your curator selects the venues and sends only those that fit your format and budget. We plan site visits in advance so that one or two trips are enough to see the venue, meet the team and confirm the details, without unnecessary flights back and forth. If needed, we stretch the celebration over several days — with a separate dinner for close family the night before and a brunch the next morning.
The flight from Dubai to most of our European destinations takes about six to seven hours; the route and your guests' schedules depend on the city and the season, so we plan them in advance, together with transfers on site. Transfers and accommodation are handled by the concierge service.

Anna Konrat and Ahmed Guesmi founded the curatorial agency L'Agence OUI after years of working together on event projects in Paris, Dubai and on the French Riviera.
Anna is the co-founder and art director of L'Agence OUI. For more than twenty years she built international exhibition projects in France and Germany for luxury brands. Ahmed is a documentary director and visual artist, the co-founder of L'Agence OUI and Tanit Studio. He not only heads L'Agence OUI's film production and the Digital Atelier but also shoots wedding films worthy of the big screen himself.

No. The first consultations and most approvals take place remotely, by video call, at a time that suits you. You come in person for the venue visit and, of course, for the wedding itself.
The difference between Dubai and France or Italy is two to three hours depending on the season, so calls can be set for the evening in Dubai and the daytime in Europe. One curator handles all approvals.
We don't handle paperwork or marriage registration: you arrange those yourselves. What exactly is required, and by when, depends on each partner's citizenship and your status in the UAE, so we don't have a single checklist. We'll advise on timing so that the formalities don't push back the wedding date, and point you to the right authorities.
Yes. If you want a symbolic ceremony, or to make the marriage official just the two of you, we plan the day as fully as a celebration with guests: venue, photo and film, décor and a dinner for two afterwards. You arrange the marriage registration yourselves; we advise on timing and build the day around it.
No, we don't handle visas — each guest arranges their own, if their citizenship requires one. We'll simply remind you of the deadlines and point you to the right authorities.
We take a limited number of projects each year. It's best to get in touch 12–18 months before peak season — that leaves enough time both for preparation and for a trip to view venues.
It depends on the character of the wedding. Italy offers a warm climate and waterfront villas, especially in the shoulder seasons; the south of France has a more private, intimate atmosphere; Monaco means maximum privacy; Paris is a ceremony in which the city itself takes part. At the first consultation we'll tell you what suits your couple.
Yes. Our team speaks several languages and has experience bringing different traditions together within a single ceremony: from the format and order of the day to the guest list and seating. The day can be divided into parts under one visual theme, so that each tradition gets its own time and space.
Requirements for an official marriage abroad, and for its recognition when you return, depend on the country of the wedding, both partners' citizenship and your status in the UAE, so we don't have a single list. We don't handle documents or visas: you arrange them yourselves. But we'll help you get your bearings on timing — what needs to be filed and when, so that it doesn't push back the wedding date — and point you to the right authorities, so that you can settle everything without delays.
The same goes for guests: if any of them needs a visa to travel, it's best to arrange it in advance — we'll remind you of the deadlines and tell you where to apply.
